If Amendment 4 passes, it would get rid of every commonsense rule and regulation on the books in Florida that could possibly "delay or restrict" elective late-term abortion.

Amendment 4 would:
- Remove parental consent
- Overturn laws that prevent taxpayer funding of abortion
- Eliminate health and safety regulations governing clinics
- Get rid of the law that says only doctors can perform abortions

Amendment 3 is bankrolled by one mega-corporation that has spent over $100 million to buy their way into the Florida Constitution. Written by the mega-corporation's CEO, Amendment 3 grants these mega-corporations total immunity from civil liability—an unprecedented attempt to hijack the constitution for an egregious corporate carve out. Their proposal would allow every public place in Florida to become permeated with weed smoke—parks, beaches, streets, venues, theme parks, and other crowded places.

Florida must reject Amendments 3 & 4.
