@levelsio 1. Indirect democracy is, indeed, democracy. Direct democracy in the contemporary world (welcome!) is applied only in some cases (referendum and so on), is not the norm (it used to be in Ancient Greece).

Abbiamo disobbedito al nuovo codice della strada.

Sabato il nostro segretario di @Radicali @FilippoBlengino ha fumato e oggi si è messo alla guida, autodenunciandosi per aver sfidato il nuovo codice della strada voluto dal ministro Salvini.

Dopo ore siamo stati portati prima in caserma e adesso in ospedale, dove hanno revocato la patente a Blengino, come previsto dalla riforma. Ora dovrà affrontare un processo e rischia un anno di carcere e seimila euro di multa.

Con la forza della disobbedienza civile, combatteremo questa norma ingiusta e insensata, che non salva vite ma calpesta la libertà. Non ci fermeremo fin quando non sarà dichiarata incostituzionale.
