@Apple Although I’ve been paying for Apple Care on my iPhone for years without using it, the supervisor/mgr without a name tag at Apple Galleria Mall ( Ft. Laud, FL) wouldn’t replace my defective iPhone charger, didn’t check my phone number, name, etc. to determine if I had coverage.

@CDBaby, I find no guidelines indicating that I cannot release excerpts from my live performance, yet "CD Baby Dig. Insp. Team" states I can't release excerpts.

Artists, in fact, are allowed excerpts on iTunes, etc. Please Help!
