A week later and still waiting for my tracked 24 hour delivery which shows as pending and every time I call I get told different things and it’s taking 40 mins to get through. They just keep generating me references!!

@Matalan Frustrating customer service from Matalan recently. I now have to try and buy again even though it’s despatched today and showing in stock? and spend more in postage! Not exactly ideal

@Matalan I have a problem with an item I ordered last month. All the stitching has come away at the bottom of the sleeve so I now have a hole. It’s only been worn twice so very disappointed. Can this be replaced please?

@TUIUK Perhaps you should be focusing on putting right the customers you’ve already taken hard earned money from & failed miserably, rather than taking new bookings that you likely can’t fulfil! Can’t speak to anyone about compensation but can book a new holiday 🤔 #disgrace

Disappointed with @TUIUK The lack of communication is appalling. Due to fly home Saturday night from Paphos and still here! Another cancelled flight last night which we found out from Paphos departures before the Tui reps told us. Allegedly flying tonight #willtheywontthey #tuiuk

@SoosieWales @Rubee2016 @BristolLive @TUIUK We are also caught up in this. TUI have been an absolute disgrace. Stuck in a different hotel on half board, when we were all inclusive. TUI reps don’t seem to know anything. Just pray that our re-arranged flight goes ahead, even if it is to the wrong end of the county 😫
