They don’t even have to WANT to prey on women; situations can get tense or physical the moment he feels threatened (in a jail or bathroom) Ps. You do realize marginal means slightly, right?

It doesn’t help that when it IS reported on, many of these crimes are now listed as female on female violence, leaving our stats grossly misreported/skewed.
