@mikejay777@cperruna lot of denial is because more people own houses than waiting to buy one. lol. Things will be fine long term, thats the bottom line. Fear sells faster, dont panic folks. This shall too pass.
@cperruna Stock picking is always risky. Following someone on twitter is even riskier. Most of them give Buy signals but not Sell. Invest in index funds and sleep better.
@Baba_knowitall@AbhilashaPurwar@trolling42@outRaging_Bull@debarghya_das RIP 44B. Its too soon to judge. Many startups were born during recession. Lets see how the “tight and focused” crew handles future attrition, security patches, OS/API upgrades, reg reporting, analytics, ad marketing /ad onboarding, new features, competitors, to name a few.
@KobeissiLetter Bad analogy. Most of the companies work just fine during the holidays, doesnt mean thats the bare minimum they need. If you stay too long without innovation/creativity then a competitor (e.g tiktok) can wipe you out in a single season.
@nickgerli1 Folks lost a ton more in stock market than housing. Play the long game and spread your bets. House flipping or stock trading comes with a lot of risk, everyone knows it.
@jerimecarpenter @ZoeTrader954@unusual_whales We maybe wrong if we think 60% employees were coasting. It takes time to see the symptoms of the disease.
@gwestr @jonmasters@girdley I cant imagine someone asking for 3x salary. Thats unreasonable even for a job change, except change of career path. That employee is no longer vested in the company and made up their mind to leave anyway.
@charliebilello Its that time of the century where everyone stops buying and selling. Its unfair to do these type calculations and induce fear. Its okay to wait an year till the economy and job market stabilizes before making big purchases.
