@BestBuySupport The experience I had on the phone with a rep was truly ridiculous. They just basically regurgitated lines to me and weren't trying to make me feel better in the situation. I spoke to a manager at geek squad and he was really nice so its fine and I told him the whole story

@westelm why did you change your BF offer for CM today? I placed a huge order yesterday and wanted to add but the promo is way worse now. I just spent so much money and now you have a very unhappy customer. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. And CX team didn't want to help AT ALL.
