Hey @AmazonAE . Why Am I repeatedly asked to join Prime every time I open Amazon AE website or refresh the page. Infact, I was even charged 8AED on my saved credit card last month and 16AED this month. I never signed up. Please stop this.

@AmazonHelp @AmazonAE Hello. I have only one account in UAE. & never opted for Prime with my account. Still, everytime I login, I get that annoying pop-up to sign for Prime. There were charge attempts on my credit card, because of which, I had to block my card & delete that card from Amazon profile.

@makemytrip My original DXB-BLR flight has been cancelled and can't use the alternative flight offered. As per airlines policy, I have requested for 100% refund but there is no progress from MMT side. Airline says that that they have not received the request till date.

(3/3) Still, booked ticket on @AirIndiaX but that flight also got cancelled. Bt AairIndiaX informed me well in advance and gave me two alternative option which is quite a relief. @IndiGo6E could learn customer service from them and give clear picture in these turbulent times.

(2/3) Indigo hasn't confirmed the flight status despite repeated request so that I can make altern. arrangement as last-minute tickets are exorbitantly expensive. Interestingly, that particular flight is sold out for the month of May but available from June when restriction ends.

Here is the great example of how fabulous service @DTDCIndia provides after paying premium charges. Their franchise store in Bangalore is claiming that it will reach Jamshedpur by Monday/17th Nov instead of earlier claimed 14th Nov. #Cheating and Unprofessionalism is world class.

@DTDCIndia This is the quality of the service. Despite raising concerns the courier is still in Patna as of 15th November. It was supposed to be delivered on 14th. This is what we are getting after paying premium. It is a medical device that needed to reach on time. #Cheating
