@British_Airways just want to say thank you for a fantastic experience flying with my baby <1 year old from the UK to the US. From dedicated family check-in desks, smooth security to the lovely cabin crew who even helped during the flight. We were well looked after. 🙂
@HiveHomeUK do you actually have a support team or are they non-existent? I've called several times today, been on hold for almost an hour only to be put through to British Gas who supposedly route me to you guys, only to be disconnected each time. I have an urgent enquiry.
