This is not about ideology.

I have always appreciated people like Shri Balagopal, the former Finance Minister of Kerala, for his devoted public service. I am sure he and I will not agree on political philosophy or ideology but I deeply respect him.

If the DMK truly wants to introspect, they must start with their corruption.

Tamil Nadu government’s decision to offer a ₹50,000 subsidy for two-wheelers exclusively to Ulemas is a shocking diversion of public funds on religious lines. I strongly condemn this blatant misuse of taxpayers' money for religious appeasement. This is a direct assault on the fundamental principles of a secular state.

When the Minister for Minorities Welfare, Thiru.Shajahan, took charge as minister, an Arabic prayer was openly recited in the State Secretariat. The self-proclaimed 'secularists' maintained a convenient silence then. Why are they even silent now?

Is a truly secular government supposed to fund religious functionaries of a specific community? This is not governance or welfare, it is naked minority appeasement. The 'Secular' mask of this government has completely fallen off.

Just days after the government issued strict instructions that liquor must be served only to people above 21 years of age, a shocking incident has emerged from a Chennai bar owned by a TVK functionary.

A fight reportedly broke out between two groups after a late-night party. In a fit of rage, one person allegedly rammed his car into the other group, killing a young girl and seriously injuring another.

Reports suggest both the victims were below the legal drinking age.

Now serious questions arise:

❓ Did the bar have a valid license?
❓ Who served liquor to underage individuals?
❓ Why has the bar owner not been arrested yet?
❓ Were synthetic drugs or narcotics involved?
