If you hate KAT, I suggest you reconsider...
"I feel like other than losing a child there's nothing worse you could go through and it builds you up and it strengthens you beyond measure. That's why I got Philippians 4:13 and the date tattooed on my neck. I could do all things through Christ who strengthens me but I was strengthened on April 13 when I lost my mother. That's been my favorite Bible verse my whole entire life since I was little. I didn't know the significance it would have in my life when I became an adult. But what I do know is that I truly can do anything when I walk in faith, when I walk with the angels beside me. I feel anything's possible, I feel nothing's impossible...
I'm just grateful to be in this position because I know a lot of friends in mind that are not here to see this moment. I know a lot of people I love tremendously that aren't here to give me that hug or to give me that text message. I'm doing this for them. I do this for them, I do it for my mother's country, I do it for everybody in Dominican Republic, I do it for everyone in the city that welcomed my mother when she immigrated over. I do it for all my family in New Jersey that allowed me to be raised and allowed me to love this game of basketball and allowed me to be a kid with my mother and enjoy those times. It takes a tribe to get here and it takes a village and I'm so blessed that I've had the village I've had in my life to get to this point"

ServiceNow CEO Bill McDermott tells @jonfortt at #Knowledge2026 that the gap between Wall Street and ServiceNow’s fundamentals is the entry point of a generation: $2B repurchased in Q1, no 10b5-1 sales at the board or executive level, six $1B-plus business lines, rule-of-56 headed to 60. His pitch: @ServiceNow as the AI control tower governing OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini agents inside the enterprise. Doubling the company in the next few years.

🔥 The OT security game just changed. Welcome to the family, Armis.
Today, ServiceNow just closed its $7.75B acquisition of Armis — and I couldn't be more excited about what this means for our community.
First things first: a huge welcome to the Armis team. 🙌 The culture, the mission, the relentless focus on protecting assets that the rest of the industry overlooked — that's exactly the energy we need more of. You're not just joining a company, you're joining a movement to make enterprise security actually work for the physical world. Thrilled to have you and I can’t wait to get to work.
Now — here's why this matters for those of us navigating IT/OT convergence every day:
The problem we've all lived with:
✅ IT has visibility tools, ticketing, vulnerability management
❌ OT has... spreadsheets, tribal knowledge, and hope
Armis brought real-time visibility to 7 billion+ connected devices — including OT assets that legacy tools simply don't understand.
ServiceNow brings the workflow engine to actually DO something with that data:
👀 Passive, agentless discovery of your full OT asset inventory
🔐 Risk-ranked vulnerabilities mapped to operational impact
🔀 Automated workflows that respect OT change management windows
1️⃣ platform connecting security and operations teams
We've talked about IT/OT convergence for a decade. Now the platform is finally catching up.
This is the future of agentic security workflows — see it, decide it, act on it, automatically.

Hello, Moon. It’s great to be back.

“How’s the OT business going at ServiceNow?”
F100 CISO asked me a simple question last week at #RSAC.
Here’s what I told him 👇
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆.
Companies aren’t asking if they should converge IT and OT anymore — they’re asking how fast.
Three things are driving it right now:
🔐 Security is forcing the conversation. Ransomware attacks on OT systems jumped from 32% to 56% in just one year. This is a board-level imperative.
🤖 AI is the accelerant. 44% of manufacturing CEOs talked about AI on their Q4 earnings calls. But AI is only as good as the data it can access — and that data lives on the plant floor.
🏭 The platform wins. Gartner calls this the “race to autonomous operations.” The companies that unify their IT and OT environments under one platform aren’t just more secure — they’re faster, smarter, and pulling away from the competition.
This is why I’m so energized about what we’re building at @ServiceNow. With what we have in scope, we’re becoming the system of record for the modern industrial enterprise.
The $20B opportunity is real. And it’s now.
