The other day I was telling my kids that - not only did cars not have an “old CD player” It didn’t even have fast forward/ rewind -

we had to turn the tape over and play it a bit then guess when you were at the start of the song you actually wanted.

@rachelmewes1982 do you have the original charger and usb cable that came with it, if its android you might be able to force into boot mode and DD the raw data over, but it's been years since i last did one, may not be possible on newer ones

@rachelmewes1982 @implausibleblog Yes - if for instance its just a broken charging port then that would be an easy fix and won't (hopefully) damage the rest of it

but, explain clearly why you want it repaired - you don't just want the whole motherboard swapping out and certainly not a factory reset or anything.
