@AXSChat Accessibility is not just about disability (which may feel to the uninitiated an edge case), they may relate to the fact 80% of people need glasses. So the ability to increase font size is a massive enabler for customers

Through work looking at accessibility I choose to remove the word disability as much as possible from my presentations. Utilise examples of subtitle usage of Netflix to demonstrate it is about the mainstream as well as the minority
