@realEstateTrent Good manners above all else make me like someone more. I think that is an incredible place to start, and makes all else fall in line re: likability.
I think I’ve just entered my ‘they are not properly trained (socially) and didn’t mean it the way it sounded and even if they did 🤷🏾♂️’ stage of life.
I think @stickermule has the absolute best web customer experience. They reduced my bill by almost $500 because as they re-sized jobs, all automated. I thought no customer service phone was interesting, but they have such a stellar workflow and feedback loop you don’t need it
Adding to what @alexisohanian and @tferriss have to say - it also is a major tell on how you feel about employees when you save this $2/shirt for employee gift items.
Tip (I own a swag company): Only ask your promo people for Bella + Canvas or Next Level brand shirts.

I used to think about about everything I’d do/say to a certain who did me wrong, when I made it. I don’t think that way anymore. I have been manifesting a success so wild and for so long - that in the long-term scheme of things this individual will not even make the footnotes.
