There wasn’t a list, but there was a list…over the course of a couple weeks, new friends were made, flags were signed and plenty drinks downed. Highly recommend

@BarbellFi I’d keep a small mortgage amount just to not have to deal with escrow and taxes. Mortgage compant takes care of that. Maybe a $100k mortgage. And invest the rest like my life depended on it. Depends on your buddies goal really. Eliminating a mental stress is priceless.
