I’m a big believer in staying to make waves within a difficult place. That’s not for everyone, and no one should ever have to stay in a hostile place. I may leave one day. The bad stuff is bad. But I’ve seen good too. Please lift your voice, online family. Every bit is helping.
“Reading should not be presented to children as a chore or duty. It should be offered to them as a precious gift.” -Kate DiCamillo
What are you currently reading? Do you set reading goals or have a book list?

My book stack was made up of very different types of books. One is a book on a historical figure I’m reading for the Governerds Book Club, another one is about cleaning because I’m starting on a cleaning journey now that we’re mostly in maintenance mode with decluttering...
a third book is a middle-grade book recommended to me by my girls, and the last one is about praying for your daughter that I wanted to re-read before passing it along to someone else.
I’ve found myself paying close attention to the way some people here on twitter conduct themselves. It’s incredibly telling when 90% of the content that comes out is critical or attacking. For the rest of us, just consider - when will “we” be next on the hit list?
@RachelAnneRidge I had this thought just the other day. I like crime shows (but don't watch too many because we've never owned a TV). They must know about stain removers that we don't know about.
