@FitnessEmpiree I would say worrying about compound movements like deadlifts and squats. I avoided them for 2 years and when I started doing them, I feel I left a lot of gains and confidence on the table.

1) Expensive Oil
2) AI Impact on service sector - contact cancellation / downsizing (which was majority of our service export)

Now there is less influx of dollars and more outflow of dollars at the same time.
