@DKSureshINC It’s been more than a year since the supply of Nandini mozzarella cheese diced 1kg pack went out of stock in Bangalore. First make the cheese available in local and then export

Completing work on one RoB on Hoskote Hosur STRR will divert truck traffic from Dobbaspet and decongest Tumkur road, Nice rd n Hosur road.
One RoB is holding the city to ransom..this criminal delay of more than a year is not acceptable
I request the BJP supporters aged 30+ who still remember the earlier railway cancellation charges to answer this.
Do you think it's fair to deduct more than 50% for a cancellation done 18 days in advance, in a nearly empty train?
Sensible answers (not those which call me Dimaagi Naxal) are welcome
@AshwiniVaishnaw do you still run railways? If so please answer this.
This is the reality of “customer service” at KSRTC.
A passenger had a confirmed KSRTC reservation from Chikkalasandra, Bengaluru to Balijakandriga, with the scheduled departure at 5:15 AM and the designated pickup point clearly mentioned as VidyaPeeta Circle.
He reached the pickup point at 5:00 AM, well before the scheduled departure, and waited for the bus. When the bus arrived, he signalled the driver to stop. Instead of slowing down and picking up a passenger who had a confirmed reservation, the bus simply drove past the pickup point.
What happened next is even worse.
When the passenger immediately contacted the conductor, instead of taking responsibility for the failure, he was allegedly told to “forget about it” and “file a complaint or do whatever you could.” The conductor also claimed that the bus had stopped at the pickup point — something the passenger disputes, stating that the bus never even slowed down.
So what exactly is a passenger supposed to do?
Book a ticket. Pay the fare. Reach the designated pickup point before time. Wait for the bus. Signal the driver. And then watch the bus drive past anyway?
And after being stranded despite having a confirmed reservation, the passenger is expected to simply “forget about it”?
A confirmed ticket is not a suggestion. A designated pickup point is not optional. And basic courtesy towards passengers should not be optional either.
This is particularly disappointing from a state-owned transport corporation that is supposed to provide dependable public transport to the people of Karnataka.
We are not asking for special treatment here. We are asking KSRTC to take responsibility for a service failure that left two passengers unable to board a bus despite having valid confirmed seats.
KSRTC @KSRTC_Journeys — process a FULL REFUND for both confirmed tickets (Seats 38 & 39) and take appropriate action regarding the driver/conductor involved in this trip.
Please don't respond with a generic “we regret the inconvenience” message. Investigate what happened, verify the vehicle's movement/location and booking records, speak to the staff involved, and provide a proper resolution.
Passengers deserve better than being told to “do whatever you can” after KSRTC itself fails to honour a confirmed booking.
