@elonmusk my brand new Juniper driving experience is significantly worse than my 2021 model 3 due to the new exclusivity between TACC and Autosteer. I need to use both in different scenarios during my drive, but I can’t. Please tell me you’re bringing this back. I’m in a non-FSD country.

Roads are complicated near me, so I often want to use TACC on the winding roads, as Autosteer often struggles.

Whenever I can, I want to use Autosteer, but it’s often not available.

When I change lane on Autosteer, it immediately engages regen brakes, which means I need to manually blend acceleration in to avoid it, or suddenly drop 10mph at motorway speeds. If the person behind isn’t paying attention, they’ll get caught out.

If I don’t get the manual blend quite right, I speed up, and I’m just waiting for a speed camera to catch that.

In summary:
- We need one press TACC / two press Autosteer brought back as an option
- Autosteer needs to fall back to TACC to maintain speeds when switching lanes

I beg of you. This car is the best car Tesla has ever put out, by a huge distance, but this issue makes driving so much more stressful and difficult to the point that it feels like a downgrade.

- Trade in expired 4 times before delivery, each time I refreshed, I had to resubmit photos and accept a lower amount
- finance paperwork had to be submitted 3x as car details were drop fed to the provider
- settlement process was confusing

@RealityGuru__ @but_cyclists It’s not her indicator - it’s her brake light. You can see the vehicle slow immediately upon the light coming on. Volvo indicators are on the outside edge of the light, not in the centre. She didn’t indicate.
