@intuisioner@newstart_2024 You can’t get the same level of autophagy that kicks in with very deep ketosis from fasting that you can in ketosis while eating. Dry fasting is even more superior. You cannot get all the benefits of fasting without fasting.
@ThomasEWoods Get your body producing ketones to feed your brain. Alzheimer’s is diabetes of the brain. This likely means reducing or eliminating your beloved carbs. I’ve transitioned from paleo, to keto, to mostly carnivore. Alzheimer’s ain’t happening to me, I guarantee it.

@bigfatsurprise Not surprising. MAHA ultimately a big disappointment. Didn’t go far enough with saturated fat or vaccines. Just slightly better than status quo, but I’m worried the next administration will go further/worse than the status quo in response.
