Just boarded QP1439 from Mumbai to BLR and saw ground staff standing in the rain, unaware of the 30-min delay due to bad weather! They deserve better working conditions, at least a raincoat! Let's prioritize their well-being and upgrade our systems!

With rain each time we face huge distress to commute as our street's mud road turns into slippery sludge. Coming out for work, schooling is worrysome. Reaching back home in night is even more difficult without street light especially on/after  the rain day.
