Your mind is like a computer, but you didn't write the software.
It's full of ideas about how things should be: how you should be, what you should want, what's good and bad.
But where did these ideas come from? Not from you.
Your parents, your culture, your experiences, they all installed bits of code in your head.
Whenever someone brings up 'Time', I immediately think, 'STOP selling.'
Time has been so overused in selling - pushing products or the idea of constant hustle. Everyone pressures you to act fast, buy now, or miss out on a limited - 'time' offer
My most important rule for life: Don’t complain about anything. If it’s within your control, go and do something about it. If it’s not, you’re just wasting energy thinking about it. Complaining gives too much power to the thing. Take back that power.
Life is going so fast because you're not injecting enough silence into your days. Spend an hour reading or writing or walking in silence and watch how your day seems to double in duration
