@RAC_Care My Mrs has been stranded on the side of the M25 since 08.29 this morning. You have just put your estimated time to get to her back to between 16.10 and 19.10 can you possibly tell me in freezing conditions, a woman on her own should stand on the side of the M25 for 11 hours?
