@stuttonsparrows All good thanks. Spent 3 weeks decompressing and starting to build strength and stamina. Moved it up a notch today using timber tongs to aid dragging an 8ft length of telegraph pole up and down the garden. Managed 380m 😁 today

Felix and her father Ashley were rockpooling near Wembury when they spotted this beautiful rainbow sea slug! It is believed to be the first time the animal has been recorded in Devon.
