I have an account with 54k followers On Tiktok (@iansidmanproject) & I'm in the middle of doing a promotion for a local event that supports 20 local charities.

However, I can't link my Instagram (@iantheviralguy) to my TikTok (@iansidmanproject) which is going to slightly prevent people from finding the charity account & lead to less money raise for families in need, I keep getting the error "Can't link to Instagram. For assistance, contact Instagram support."

I've tried everything, I separated my account in accounts center from my other ones, changed my email, changed my pswd, made sure future connectivity is on in settings, tried it on my moms phone, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled both apps, and none of it is working.

I've reached out in a few places with no response, If I could get some assistance from y'all to help us raise the most amount of money we can for charity that would be really special.

I need help and I'm only reaching out here because I haven't been helped anywhere else.

For the last two months I've been trying to get my laptop repaired with my warranty through the onsite service team. I had 4 total repairs booked, 2 of which the repairman never showed up to my house or even bothered to give me an update about it (wasted an entire day) and I had to call them to ask why they didn't show up and the part either got delivered to the wrong place or got returned to sender. This happened the third time but this time I at least got a message from the repairman about it. And the fourth time the part came and the repairman came but it was defective and it had to be returned to sender.

As bumpy as that sounds it gets bumpier, I don't want to waste too much of your time so I will be vague

There are times where I was in the dark for a week about the status of my laptop. I've been lied to by your customer service more times then they've been truthful promising me that I will get an email with options to rebook repair times or they will call me back & neither happen. I've been hung up on over 5 times which is just annoying (I'm being civil). I've been told different things by different people.

I got so fed up with this process that I just sent it into a repair center instead of onsite as of last week & they quoted me 1.7k! Which is more than a brand new even better laptop, and also it's 2x the value of the laptop as well. Confused I called warranty support and they said the fees should be waived (happy me). A few days earlier I had opened a customer care case and they finally got back to me and said it's "customer induced damage" and their basis was there was exterior damage to the laptop. (For context, my laptop literally took a shit on itself when I was sitting in a library just working on it.) Which I responded to with "exterior damage to a hinge that was over a year ago isn't going to cause a motherboard to stop working, that makes no sense and is robbing your customer" and since then I've been left in the dark for the last 5 days' have no clue what they decided, Is it covered is it not, did they even give that information to the person that claimed the damage was "customer induced", I sure hope they did, but I don't know.

And weirdly enough I'm used to not being in the know during this whole process.

To give grace, I don't think customer support would be this bad for anyone who's repair didn't fail for the first time.

This is the laptop I used for my work & use to operate my entire life off of. My last two months have been exhausting because I've been without my laptop that I need to get efficient work done & I've had to deal with customer support.

As a loyal Lenovo customer (you guys make the best laptops by far, I've ordered three from you guys). this process has been really hard to navigate for me.

And I'm reaching out just because I want this nightmare to end and to see if you can do anything about it. It's been a big drag on my mental.

Any help would mean a ton to me, and I'm grateful you took the time to read this.
