@StephenJensen53 @PJTheEconomist It wont raise any more money after the budget , it will reduce the CGT take, it may temporarily pre budget raise more tax , after , people will just sit tight until they are rid of the Labour Govt. next election

The ones leaving take their money with them, are not a burden on the host country they move to, and spend the money they have earned in that country.
