@FatFace Just to follow up on this - I went to the Castleford Outlet store and the first person I asked said nothing could be done but then Leon said "switch with me and I'll sort it" - 5 minutes later he'd found the transaction and processed the refund! Great service!
Really disappointed with @FatFace - Christmas pyjama bottoms opened and full of holes. Unfortunately no receipt but told nothing can be done, can't even look up the transaction to reprint the receipt for me apparently so a wasted £15!
@FatFace I do and I showed them the transaction on my phone and they said there was nothing they could possibly do about it! I'm actually calling to the outlet again today so will show them this feedback.
The @wizzair website is shocking - constant popups asking if you're human - I'm literally at the point of entering my card details and it won't let me book. Appalling!
@GaryMcAllister Nice to see Yorkshire puddings aren't restricted to God's own country when it comes to Sunday roast dinners! Baby sweetcorn though...I guarantee that no Yorkshire dinner would feature that...
@HMRCcustomers I have an issue in that my tax code has changed without me being told and none of the information online adds up. Is there a way to avoid hanging on the phone for another hour to risk disconnection?
Unbelievable @HMRCcustomers - an entire HOUR waiting for someone to answer the phone and then they operator tells me that they have very poor signal where they are and the call cuts off! Appalling service.
