Who do I talk to about this? I might miss the second flight and my bags might not make it.

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN Today, he canceled the call before I could attend it and marked the item as an attempted delivery. I haven't received the four digit pin which i could use to contact the agent either.

@amazonIN I have already talked to 6-7 customer service representatives, and they keep saying sorry now and then, but I haven't received my packages ordered on October 16th.
The delivery person keeps roaming around with the items daily without attempting delivery.

Third time the delivery person has been roaming around without contacting me. That's the third package with no attempt to deliver. I haven't received a single call yet. The first two were prime one day deliveries which have been delayed over three days.

@Lenskart_com The person at lenskart store said it would take 5-6 days. I'm concerned because it's DELHIVERY as they have never delivered me anything on time. I will not be available from Dec 16 at the address I've provided. Either you change the carrier ASAP or assure delivery before Dec 16.
