@OctopusEnergy It's actually just started working again! If there are no readings for for today when it updates tomorrow I'll reach out again. Hopefully it was just a temporary blip.
@OctopusEnergy @TrustMeItIsMe We're having the same issue, elec and gas data stopped reporting/showing in the app (no data for yesterday) and the smart display is continuously boot looping showing no readings. We also use Loop and they have readings until about 8am today. I'm guessing there's an outage?
