@jet2tweets Not flying with Jet 2! That’s what makes a holiday!!! Ppl beware, if anything goes wrong they’ll just leave you in the airport and not care, delay your flight and argue that no compensation is due, and then when they admit it don’t pay it

@NordicTrackUK been waiting in excess of 6 weeks for replacement board for treadmill,customer service have said no boards due to mass shortage,offered refund but need to 'pack up treadmill' obviously not the easiest thing to do, any suggestions please? Also timeframe4replacement?

@jet2tweets out if curiousity how long does it take you to contact customers after the CAA have confirmed you owe them compensation for a delayed flight? I've currently been waiting six months.

@jet2tweets is there anyone able to deal with this? Initially refused compensation for over a four hour delay, CAA have now investigated and after reassessment by Jet2 compensation has been agreed, I don't feel we should have to wait a further 12wks! Now 23 weeks post travel

@jet2tweets There isn't really much to investigate, we are due compensation from our flight in May, CAA have confirmed this. If you can finally sort this for us please let me know and I will be happy to send over our details for the 9th time in the hope to get this finalised

@JkpepperthedogK @jet2tweets They advised us the same so I pursued it with the CAA who did an investigation and now Jet2 have said we are owed compensation but have to wait a further 12 weeks. May be worth a try x
