@VirginHolidays holiday for May 2nd cancelled numerous call back forms filled in plus messages and tweets and still no one has rang me regarding this. I asked for a refund for my holiday and no refund has been given. No invoice stating I'm getting a refund! What is going on?

@VirginHolidays still no contact. Still no change to cancellation invoice it Still says voucher not refund. Form filled out again for someone to ring me. Voucher expires 31st july so if no one calls me before then what happens to my money???? I want a refund not a voucher

@VirginHolidays my invoice still states a voucher when I asked for a refund. Please can someone confirm my request for a refund has gone through? I'm getting no straight answers at all!

@VirginHolidays No one has rang me regarding my refund. Cancellation invoice still says voucher so refund clearly not being processed! And my card details I made payment on have changed. When will I actually get to talk to someone? My travel date was 2nd may!
