So @aircanada told us the first delay was maintenance, then they said weather now they said maintenance again and we are delayed again.

Got this message from @AirCanada. Will see where it goes. FYI flight was scheduled for 3:30pm, 30 mins before boarding got text that flight is 1 hour late due to maintenance and then no communication until we boarded after 6pm. It’s now past 7pm and we still have not left.

@ABPoliticsGuy There were families with babies and small children waiting with no communication. It’s not privilege when you pay exorbitant prices for flights. It’s costumer service and @AirCanada should do better. That was very poorly managed and should be called out so they do better for all.
