@notresz@DaveJuergens You're right — without guidance, denoising is mostly useless. That's why RFD is a guided diffusion model. It can be guided toward a defined topologies or symmetries, or it can be made to include specific protein features like binding or active sites.

ChatGPT decided that I have a PhD (I don't), and that I went to UCLA (I didn't).
It also believes that I was involved in an early clinical trial for a Zika vaccine in 2014. (Close I guess?)
It's very wrong — but in interesting ways.
If your online presence isn't huge, it might not work at all. And if you have a common name... good luck.
