@dshukertjr hi Tyler, noob question here!
I did the db dumb > ../../prod.sql
Then simply added one column to a random table: "test" text
running "db diff -f add_test_column" results in a migration file that contains all tables, indexes etc.
Is that correct? Do I need to split up prod.sql?

@_trungpv @lemonsqueezy Same happened to me but customer reached out to ls and as a result they refunded the second order as well, because they didn’t check the first…
I got a credit note for this but still surprising that it happens in the first place!

@jrfarr @illyism @lemonsqueezy ~3 weeks ago the Support response was: „Thank you for providing the email address. It appears that the order was uncaptured and I went ahead and processed the order. It should reflect now on My Orders page by logging in with his email account.“

@moritzkremb @rafal_makes Crazy right?! Customer asked me for license key and instructions because he didn’t get anything. Turns out the webhook never fired and there was no order. So I reached out to get this response…

@rafal_makes That was my first reaction! Asked if there are any other transactions which haven’t been captured but they can only check with the customer‘s email 🤷🏽‍♂���
