Rain is on the inaugural Fortune Crypto 100.
The list features crypto natives ranked alongside the largest institutions in finance.
Another sign that an industry once defined by speculation has become financial infrastructure that moves real value at global scale.
Rain makes tokenized money work inside the systems people already trust, and gives neobanks, platforms, and developers the tools to build the institutions of the future: ones that will use stablecoins to complete payments for humans and AI agents alike.
Today, 100+ programs settle billions of dollars a year this way without having to think about it.
Internet-native money was always going to be next.
Thank you, @FortuneMagazine, for marking the moment.
Excited to share, Rain has made the inaugural Fortune Crypto 100!
We are ranked #8 in Crypto Services in Fortune’s first-ever ranking of the most influential companies in Blockchain.
A proud moment for the team. We have just started!! ☔️☔️☔️
Agents are already transacting with stablecoins on Rain.
Today we're rolling out the Agent Control Layer. It lets businesses define exactly where, when, and how much an agent can spend, enforced at the infrastructure level.
The teams defining the future of payments, commerce, and financial innovation are gathering in San Francisco for the @Visa Payment Forum, June 9–11, and Rain will be right there with them.
If you're attending, reach out to schedule time with our team.
Today, Rain CLO @cgrieco1 briefed Senate staff on how the Clarity Act will strengthen law enforcement and national security.
The bill expands Bank Secrecy Act and sanctions obligations to digital commodity brokers, dealers, and exchanges. It stands up a Treasury-led information-sharing program with DOJ, FBI, and DEA. And it modernizes seizure and forfeiture authorities for digital assets.
It will bring responsible activity onshore under U.S. oversight, giving law enforcement greater visibility and stronger partners, and leaving fewer gaps for illicit actors to exploit.
He briefed alongside representatives from @DCGco, @deconflict_, and @BlockchainAssn.
Today's briefing builds on a letter Rain signed this week, joining 100+ former national security, intelligence, and law enforcement officials calling on the Senate to advance the bill.

I just joined Rain as Director of Content.
After 8 years in this industry, mainstream adoption has taken way longer than I thought.
Rain's growth is the clearest sign that it's finally arrived.
Here's the story so far 👇
It's rare to see a company raise three rounds in ten months, capped by a $250M Series C at a ~$2B valuation, led by @ICONIQCapital.
Two things made that possible:
1. Stablecoins are the next evolution of money
2. Rain figured out how to make them useful for everyday payments
They did it by fusing stablecoins with the systems people already use, rather than replacing them outright.
Card networks were the starting point. Rain merged the trust and distribution of Visa and Mastercard with the speed and efficiency of stablecoins that move 24/7.
With a swipe or a tap, anyone can now spend a stablecoin balance at 175M merchant locations worldwide.
Rain card infrastructure now powers 100+ live programs and processes billions in transaction volume.
They let people in emerging markets save and spend in dollars. They let neobanks launch global financial products on day one. They let institutions reach customers that legacy systems simply couldn’t.
From there, Rain layered in a full suite of services that lets any company plug into stablecoins with a single integration: onramps that bring businesses into the new format for money without friction, and rails for moving funds anywhere in the world.
Next, Rain is making stablecoins usable by AI agents, as they increasingly spend on our behalf and transact with each other.
All of which is part of something bigger: the rise of the financial internet.
A system that runs 24/7, works the same for someone in Nigeria as it does in New York, and serves humans and AI agents alike.
In this role, I get to help tell that story.
Thanks to @rooqster and @cnaut for having me aboard. And thanks to @nickycucins for your persistence.

Mobile phones gave us Candy Crush, and programmable payments are about to give us something just as unexpected.
Rain CEO @rooqster explains why this is a pivotal moment for stablecoins at @solana Accelerate Fintech:
Rain has built stabelcoin-based card authorization and settlement infrastructure from the ground up over the last 5 years and today we're extending that infrastructure to Mastercard. It's the same model, but with more network choice for our partners.
Rain is now a @Mastercard Principal Member.
That means greater choice for our partners, backed by the same stablecoin-powered authorization and settlement technology under the hood. Partners will be able to offer cards that work everywhere Mastercard is accepted across 210+ countries and territories.
