@SwintonGroup I'm want to renew my Lifestyle Excess policy for the third year, but your website is broken. There is no option to quote and purchase. You have no phone no to call, and the online chat tell me they can't deal with renewals and send me to the broken website. HELP!!?
@askryanair I've had three bookings this year that have had schedule changes, but have received no email notification with the option to accept, change or cancel. I receive all your other bolt-on emails (baggage, car hire, activities...). Why don't you notify schedule changes?
@northernassist where can duo tickets be collected? I'm unable to buy them for collection at any of my local stations that have ticket machines and the link in the app to tell me doesn't work.
