@nosexrequired @snumblemum Thanks all, really useful advice!! Think the current UK advice is not to worry about specific numbers but to learn what is normal to you. Amazing how it varies though! And I’m going to try the app, if it makes me worse I will just delete it again 😂 x

@nosexrequired I’ve heard that but my midwife advised any reduction in movement to contact them after 20weeks. So I’m not exactly counting exact, more monitoring and estimating

@TryingTired I feel for you! My FIL started on me a few weeks ago when we had a little gender reveal party (16weeks pregnant)...he said we must have more what ever it takes! It made me cry and feel like a complete failure. What is wrong with people? So insensitive xx
