Milestone alert!! I have closed all the apple rings, move, exercise, and stand 2250 times, that is over 6 years and two months, going back to October 16, 2019, pre-COVID19, 80 lbs ago, 10 inches off my waist and feeling the best ever in my life ☺️🙏🏻🥰 No medications or fades, just focus, dedication and commitment 😎

I turned 60 years old (young), so many mixed emotions, but I am blessed beyond words. Here is my 55 year old vs 60 year old self. It is never too late to take back your health and well being. 255 lbs vs 178 lbs, 42 inch vs 32 inch waist. It took hard work, discipline and no medications. 💪🏻💕🎉
