I received the same response 10 days ago. Could you please clarify what actions your team has taken during this time to investigate the reasons behind this issue? Do you understand how much stress your wrong report has caused for my family @lalpathlabs
@idipali0506 Hello @idipali0506,
We sincerely apologize for the unforeseen delay and the inconvenience it has caused in delivering a satisfactory resolution.
We are currently working on this. Your cooperation and patience in the interim is highly appreciated.
@lalpathlabs@lalpathlabs Firstly, you have incorrectly categorized a non-diabetic individual as diabetic in your report. Furthermore, there has been no clarification or explanation provided regarding this error @CNNnews18@ABPNews@MoHFW_INDIA
How can we trust @lalpathlabs reports when their discrepancies can misclassify a person’s health? One HBA1C test shows 7.6 (Diabetic),while a re-test from another lab shows 5.6 (Non-Diabetic).How does someone become diabetic and then non-diabetic overnight? any explanation?
@lalpathlabs@lalpathlabs you report had caused unnecessary stress and confusion in my family. Patients trust labs with their health—such mistakes are unacceptable! Strict action & accountability is a must. #MedicalNegligence#LalPathLabs#PatientSafety Still waiting for explanation
@lalpathlabs Today, I had my husband's HBA1C test repeated at @lalpathlabs, & the result came back as 5.4 (non-diabetic). Just a week ago, the same lab reported a result of 7.6 (diabetic). This inconsistency is concerning! How can we trust your reports ? I need an explanation.
@lalpathlabs I did receive a call yesterday and today as well and every time they ask me to share the issue and they hang up saying some one will call back
@idipali0506 Hello @idipali0506,
We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. To investigate this further, we request you to share the 9 digit Lab ID and the report from other Lab so that we can arrange a callback.
