Public sector banks official working hours is 7 hours with half an hour lunch time means 6 and half hour per day .we are asking 28 Saturday off that means 182 hours off in a year in lieu of that we have agreed to work 40 minutes extra daily and in a year banks remained open for 275 days that means we have agreed to work 183 hours so it is squared off and on top of that every officers works extra daily 2 to 3 hours means 550 hours to 800 hours extra unpaid hours every PSB officers give every year to bank .
Unfortunately nobody notices and appreciates it .
@NCIBHQ Apka account to Private bank m hai na, wahi Kam karwaiye, wo log to Sunday ko bhi Kam karwa denge
Hame apne 5 days ke sath chhod dijiye

Yes this is very important to keep the morale of members high
Also ask RBI the question that if we go on strike we loose our salary, does we get extra salary for working on holiday
If RBI doesn't change his stance, start a new agitation for Timely Closure of Branch
#5daybanking
I have requested UFBU to take a common stand on RBI direction to open branches/ offices on Sunday on IBA request.
In my opinion we must not open our branches and offices on Sunday under any circumstances .
We should also legally examine RBI power to open branches on Sunday which is a holiday under NI ACT .
I think @narendramodi has forgotten that the #Youth of India supported him that's why he is PM of our country. Now the youth has many grievances & they are treated like hell.

SBI PO notification is out for 1600+ vacancies in India.
If you’re a fresh graduate should you apply ?
Why you should:
1. It’s a high paying job, there are only a handful of jobs that provide a six digit net salary to fresh graduates without any experience.
2. Numerous non cash perks like free health insurance with unlimited cover to you and your family about 1.5 lakh to buy furniture, 1 lakh for shipping during transfer, 40 litres of fuel every month etc.
Why you shouldn’t:
1. This job is the definition why money is not everything, you will earn a good salary but won’t get any chance to spend them.
2. You have to work from 10 to 8, a 10 hour shift every day. There’re no off on Saturday Sundays as you have to attend review meetings, Arrange Lok Adalat, Recovery drives and Clear backlog works.
3. You have to develop a thick skin for tantrums, foul languages and severe mental pressure both from administration for not fulfilling unrealistic targets and customers for having lunch in your 10hr shift.
4. You will be transferred in every two years until your retirement or till the age of 50, unlike IAS officers or School teachers your transfer is not bounded in a state or block. You can be transferred from Odisha to Karnataka then to Mizoram to Gujarat as per the protocol. By Gujarat I mean not just Ahmadabad, like Only Bhubaneswar is not Odisha, Malkangiri’s Chitrakonda branch is also Odisha posting.
5. There is a provision of mandatory 5yr difficult branch posting( difficult means hard to do business, no proper communication or naxalite area).
6. It’s not an easy to crack job, Around 9 lakh applications are filled up, of which 7 lakh appears prelim, 16000 from 7 lakh are short listed for mains, from which 4800 are selected for interviews and documents verification out of which 1600 will get the offer letter.
It requires 2 yrs of serious preparation for candidates beginning from scratch.
Before you start preparing think wisely.
Patanjali gave the Yoga Sutras freely. Sage Vasistha taught Rama without a fee. The Upanishads were forest conversations between teacher and student with nothing exchanged but truth. Every single wisdom tradition this earth has ever produced understood one thing with absolute clarity. The moment money becomes the medium of transmission, something in the teaching changes. Not always visibly, but something changes. Today spirituality is a multi billion dollars industry. Retreats that cost more than a semester of university. Teachers with merchandise stores. The ancient tradition is not against prosperity. It is against the commodification of consciousness. There is a difference.
To all CGMs, GMs, DGMs and executives in PSBs ;
Authority is rented, not owned. The system gives it for a while, and then quietly takes it back.
In that limited time, you can either create a culture of respect or a trail of pressure, fear and silent resentment.
Files will stop coming to your table one day. Designations will fade. But the way you treated your teams will never be forgotten.
Choose leadership over control. Choose fairness over force.

🔥 Promotions Everywhere… Except RRBs!
Yesterday, promotion results were declared across all PSU Banks. Congratulations to all staff who got promoted, well deserved! 👏
But once again… RRB employees are left behind.
Why?
→ Promotion timelines in RRBs are already longer than others
→ Even those delayed timelines are NOT followed
→ And now, a 1 year delay has become “normal”
But let’s stop blaming only the management.
❗ Where are the UNIONS now? ❗
Unions exist to protect employees, to question management, to fight injustice.
But today, the harsh reality is:
→ Silence from unions
→ No pressure on management
→ No accountability
→ No resistance
After amalgamation, everything changed.
📍 Live Example = UPGB
Earlier (Erstwhile Prathama Bank): Promotion results declared on 1 April 2025
Now (Post-amalgamation): Excuses from management, silence from unions… and NO result on 1 April 2026
→ One full year lost.
→ Careers delayed.
→ Unions? Missing in action.
→ And union leaders? Sleeping
If unions won’t speak, If unions won’t fight, Then what option does a normal employee have?
This is not just delay, this is FAILURE of representation.
⚠️ When unions become comfortable, employees suffer and When voices go silent, injustice becomes routine.
RRB employees work under the same pressure, same targets, same expectations then why this step motherly treatment? A career cannot be kept on hold indefinitely
Delayed promotion = delayed life

@vijayaksharma@TheOfficialSBI Mam
As you are ready to resign, I suggest you to file a court case against tha manager & Bank, and send them legal notice, then they will respond properly. @TheOfficialSBI has no sympathy for their own staff, what to expect from them
