13 मई 2025 के द हिन्दू अख़बार में भारत के नक्शे से सिक्किम को हटाया जाना केवल एक मानचित्रीय भूल नहीं, बल्कि भारत की संप्र���ुता और अखंडता पर सीधा प्रहार है। सिक्किम, जो 16 मई को अपने राज्यत्व के 50 वर्ष पूरे कर रहा है, भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 371F के तहत संरक्षित एक अभिन्न राज्य है। ऐसे में उसका बहिष्कार निंदनीय और अपमानजनक है।

हम सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्रालय से मांग करते हैं कि इस गंभीर मामले का संज्ञान लें और अख़बार के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई करें।

यह घटना उन सभी शक्तियों के लिए चेतावनी है जो भारत की एकता और अखंडता से खिलवाड़ कर रहे हैं। मीडिया सहित सभी को यह याद रखना होगा कि भारत एक अखंड राष्ट्र है, और इसकी सीमाओं से छेड़छाड़ देशद्रोह के समान है।

सिक्किम की जनता को कोई मिटा नहीं सकता — भारत एक है, अखंड है और रहेगा।
