Coding is the closest thing to a superpower in the modern world.
You can build anything from nothing.
You can automate anything that bores you.
You can create leverage without asking permission.
THE FEYNMAN TECHNIQUE FOR LEARNING:
1. Pick and study a topic.
2. Explain the topic to someone, like a child, who is unfamiliar with the topic. Use simple language.
3. Identify any gaps in your understanding.
4. Return to the literature to understand better.
Old knowledge can sometimes interfere with new learning. Once the brain becomes good at one rule, method, or system, the old pattern keeps competing when the rules change. Experience becomes a disadvantage when the environment changes faster than the brain updates.
repetition is how a thought becomes your "reality." choose what you repeat.
there's a thought you keep circling back to.
maybe it's "i can't handle this." maybe "something's wrong with me." maybe "nothing ever changes anyway."
you tell yourself it's just a passing thought. but it doesn't pass. it moves in. it becomes the wallpaper.
you wake up with it. you fall asleep with it. you start making choices from it without even clocking that's what's happening.
and eventually you forget it was ever just a thought. it starts feeling like a fact.
that's how a default state gets built. not your personality. not your fate. not "just how i am." just a thought you've repeated more than the rest.
here's the part that actually matters: it works both ways.
if one thought can turn into background noise, a new one can too. it just needs reps, because the old one already paved the road.
you don't rewire yourself overnight. you just change what you repeat. quietly. in small doses.
one day you'll notice the old noise faded out, and the new one's the loudest thing in the room.
If you want to dramatically improve your quality of life, learn to recover your attention quickly after something steals it. Social media arguments, stressful thoughts, minor inconveniences. Most of it is noise that steals hours to days of enjoyment. Breathe and let it go.
Reduce activation energy.
आपका ब्रेन किसी नए बिहेवियर को शुरू करने में जितनी कम रेजिस्टेंस महसूस करेगा, कंसिस्टेंसी उतनी आसान होगी।
Neurons that fire together, wire together.
