The new year is now underway and, for foxes, that can only mean one thing... Every year we get numerous calls to help rescue foxes that end up being caught 'stuck together'. Rest assured that they are perfectly ok and, with luck, you may even see cubs coming very soon!

Today’s #iDot -Pick up #litter
This pigeon was recently treated by @WildlifeAid after being found with string wrapped round its legs; another example of the injuries litter cause to #wildlife.
If you see litter on the ground, pick it up & put it in the bin! You might save a life.
Water is not finite resource.
Water is not a luxury we can squander.
Water is crucial for our survival around the world.
While millions of us waste it thoughtlessly,

Today’s #iDot–Check for nesting #birds before doing garden works
Britishbirds are disappearing as result of human activity. In the UK all wild birds, their nests & eggs are protected by law.Always check for active nests before trimming hedges or felling trees.
You could save lives
Today’s #iDot – Tidy away unused garden netting
This poor little #fox cub was yet another close call in British #wildlife’s fight for survival.
Please think about the consequences your actions can have on the life around you - tidy away netting whenever you are finished with it.
Today’s #iDot – Use cat proof bird tables in your garden
This #goldfinch was caught by a cat,but luckily was rescued before it was too late.
Please think of the consequences our actions have on #nature.Install garden bird tables/feeders that make it difficult for cats to get to.
