@_scottreid Mmm… How do you make the logical leap from everything he lays out so nicely in the first part of the vid to de-regulation. De-reg has never lead to a better deal for joe front porch because it fuels more speculation not less. There’s some message incongruency here.

De-regulation will spur spec development and result in the one-two punch of raising both real estate asset prices and SFD rents. It’s a great video on a policy that will hurt exactly those that it purports to want to help.
