KETO – hate it or love it, it’s an eye opening diet!
(I'm on day 8)
Reaching ketosis has been a real highlight since Christmas, but staying in ketosis? That’s the big challenge for 2026.
More challenges ahead… Our record-breaking work last year has already secured six new clients this year.
That means a lot of headhunting in Q1 – starting with these key roles:
Head of Capital Markets
The money man/woman who brings the cash into VCs.
Location: EU or USA
Compensation: $350k + industry-standard bonus/commissions etc.
Founding Engineer
Backed by the best in web3 (over $1B in the tank).
Location: NYC or surrounding areas
Looking for: Experience in trading/HFT/commodities + solid web3 understanding (DEX/CEX preferred).
Staff Engineers (multiple roles)
Experience with Wallets OR AI/ML.
Location: Truly remote
Compensation: $250k + $250k equity.
Like the look of any of these? Reply below with why you (or someone you know) would be a great fit – I’ll reach out directly

🏃♂️ Hype Talent hit the tarmac this weekend and joined the Macclesfield Run Festival!
Amazing effort from everyone who took part 🙌
And I think we can all agree… no one wants to see that hill ever again 😅
Great weekend with a great team!
(Swipe to see pain in all its form)
Nobody cares, work harder!
This is the era I came up in, not saying its on point, but it had its bonuses.
You quickly stop looking for sympathy and being paving your own path, build in public.
A hype Nando’s with top billers.
Today’s my last day in the office & gonna be working fully remote for a while. I’ll miss the dream team and Rob rocking that hoodie.
On the other hand we Hype got some exciting news expanding into quantum & robotics ( basically Avengers Assemble stuff)
Huge congrats to @alexlowe11_Hype and @iggzyhype on their promotions and glow ups.
Made our largest placements with top clients & some great startups
New clients keep joining the Hype family and we’re continuing to expand

STOP!
Stop applying for roles on websites, job boards are CV bins, something to stroke your ego for 'trying' to find your next role.
Instead use a headhunter, let them guide you into the next role but be ready to put in the work to secure it.
Or just keep throwing that CV around and quit moaning about your current or lack of work.
🧠 Recruiters look at thousands of LinkedIn profiles—so how do you stand out (for the right reasons)?
Here are a few quick tips that can make or break that first impression 👇
1️⃣ Clear career paths 🗂️
Make sure your work history is clean and easy to follow. If your roles overlap or aren’t clear, it’s hard for us—and future employers—to figure out where you were and when. Working multiple roles at once can be a red flag if it’s not explained properly.
2️⃣ Keep it simple 🎯
You don’t need to list every tool or tech stack you've ever touched. Instead, focus on the key technologies or specializations you’re strongest in. Recruiters are usually looking for depth, not just breadth.
3️⃣ Show interest in your work 💬
Add a few short paragraphs under each role explaining what projects you worked on, what problems you solved, and why it mattered. This helps us match your background with the roles we’re hiring for.
4️ Put a face to the name
A professional profile picture goes a long way. It humanizes your profile and shows you're approachable. Not having one (or using a blurry/casual pic) can be enough for someone to skip right past you.
5️⃣ Stay positive 🚫
We've seen some shockers...
❌ “DO NOT talk to me if you want a phone call.”
❌ “Only responding if I can be bothered.”
Negativity on your profile gives the impression you’re difficult to work with. Keep it professional—you never know who’s looking.
💡 Remember: Recruiters are here to help you land your dream job—or get back on your feet. Make it easy for us to help you!
