Thanks for your critique, Janet. We actually tried a couple of episodes where House (Hugh Laurie) (please put the brackets in the right place) gets it right first time, but they were only 6 minutes long. NBC weren’t happy. Then we tried some where House never gets it right and the patient dies. The audience wasn’t happy.
One could apply your trenchant analysis to other art forms: JS Bach wrote 30 Goldberg variations on the same chord structure; Frida Kahlo painted 50 portraits of herself; Henry Moore, what??
The point is, or was, variations on a theme; if all you see is hospital, medical blah blah, then it wasn’t meant for you.
Nonetheless, I look forward to your first novel!
It feels like technology moved too fast. We should have had four centuries of radio before we got to television, for example. Music genres too. The distance between the invention of blues and of electric rock n roll was too quick. It’s all a bit dizzying for poor old me.
I did an audio upgrade on one of the best Bob live video captures, by Dave Stewart on the stage with a camcorder, from Japan in 1997. "You're bound to fall, you thought they were all.... Yeah!"
I really wish I had a reason to own machines that handle picoliters and nanoliters of liquids and array them out for me very precisely and satisfying in a little grid.
Is there a way to make money doing this?
@CMichael1975@t0mbstoneblues Skipping blood on the tracks, but including oh mercy is just an awesome move. I love being a fan of this strange man and what his art does to warp our minds beyond reason.
