The GOP wants you to think of Elon Musk as some sort of victim who just wants to give us flying cars, but the truth tells a very different story. He fired the people who were investigating him and his companies through DOGE and now it’s reported by the WSJ that he gave the order to degrade the speed on Ukraine’s Starlink. That deserves investigation and Democrats should absolutely promise that and deliver.
In 2020, Tommy Tuberville promised to donate “every dime” of his $174,000 Senate salary to Alabama veterans and their families. A June investigation found no evidence he followed through, a pledge now worth roughly $1 million.
Tuesday night, after a reporter asked about it, Tuberville told staff to remove him. Then he called the media “socialists” and “communists.”
There was a multi-year investigation by House Republicans into a pardon Bill Clinton gave to Marc Rich at the end of his presidency. Some guy handed Alina Habba a $50 million "job" and magically got a pardon from Trump and it won't even be remembered by this weekend

“Elon Musk says he’ll give every kid shares of SpaceX next year”
Elon Musk said he would end world hunger. He didn’t.
WE subsidized his company SpaceX with tax cuts and government contracts.
Let's choose an economy that works for all of us over a trillionaire's empty promises.
New Talarico ad running statewide:
"Ken Paxton says, I don't have his experience, and he's right.
"I've never been indicted for fraud. I've never been reported to the FBI for bribery. I've never been impeached by my own party, and I've never given a sweetheart deal to a pedophile.
"I have a different kind of experience. I've worked with both parties to cap the cost of insulin and pass the largest property tax cut in Texas history. I'm James Tallarico and I approve this message because we need a different kind of experience in Washington."
The corruption is just staggering. Dozens of dozens of pardons being given out to wealthy criminals paying millions for them. The US government is for sale to the highest bidders & DOJ operates as Trump’s consigliere. Have you had enough of this yet America? I know the world has.
"In 2022, nine FBI agents and analysts were helping to investigate the classified documents Trump had moved to Mar-a-Lago. One of them had signed the sworn statement to get the search warrant. In February, FBI Director Kash Patel fired all nine of them. On Thursday, they sued him over it.
Their lawsuit lays out a clear timeline. On February 22, video of Patel chugging beer in the Olympic hockey locker room in Milan went viral. Just the next day, an agent from Patel’s own advisory team demanded the Mar-a-Lago case file, saying he needed it for a project for Patel by the end of the day. That file had all nine names in it. Within three days, they were all fired.
One of them was working on dozens of cases involving Iran. Three days after he was let go is when US strikes began.
Patel told Congress the firings happened after “internal investigations” were conducted. But the lawsuit claims there weren’t any. The agents’ own personnel forms say they weren’t fired for cause. Patel even personally thanked some of them for other work. After one high-profile arrest, Patel posed for a photo with one of the nine, later sending him a signed copy. Then he fired him.
They weren’t the first. Last October, Patel fired anti-corruption agent Michelle Ball, whose work included a defense contractor’s claims about GOP Senator Susan Collins. Collins denies those claims.
The nine were fired “because they did their jobs,” their lawyers said. “To this administration, this is an offense. To the rest of us, it is heroic.” Now they want their badges back, and they’re dragging the regime into court to face the paper trail."
The Accountability Part Is Going To Be Fun, Trump. We’re Just Getting The Subpoenas Ready. https://t.co/irSqQh11NB
Wow, the $100,000 bribe for Kimberly Guilfoyle looks like child’s play! Alina Habba was paid $50 million for a pardon, AND it worked! This whole regime operates more like the mafia than a federal government!
I gifted this so you can read it

If this is accurate, Elon lied about not having control over Starshield, and he lied about the administration making the decision.
More importantly, why is a private citizen even *able* to make decisions that could hinder US military operations?
Trump and J.D. Vance are out here pretending to care about "cracking down on fraud" because they're trying to make you forget that Donald Trump has pardoned over 70 individuals convicted of defrauding the American taxpayer of over 1.6 billion dollars
The U.S. has lost more than 24,000 hospital beds over the past 15 years.
At the same time, the population has grown by more than 30 million people.
And it’s not just a rural problem: rural and urban hospitals closed at the same rate, per Bloomerg.
Trump corruption during just his second term:
—Sued the government he runs for $10B, and sought $230M from DOJ to, in his own words "make a decision where I’m paying myself”
—Promoted 20+ companies on Truth Social days after buying their stock, usually immediately announcing government actions to increase their stock prices
—Had his own DOJ settle his own lawsuit and declared the IRS “forever barred” from auditing tax returns filed by Trump, his family, and their companies
—Created a $1.776B “Anti-Weaponization Fund” to pay allies who claim they were "targeted" under Biden
—Held a private dinner at his golf club for the top buyers of his $TRUMP memecoin
—Let Megadonor Larry Ellison and his family create a media monopoly
—Accepted a ~$400M luxury 747 from Qatar to use as a luxury Air Force One
—Crypto billionaire Justin Sun put $75 million into Trump’s World Liberty Financial while facing U.S. fraud charges
So now we’re using taxpayer dollars to bail out farmers struggling with diesel prices driven up by Trump’s unnecessary war with Iran.
What about everyone else paying the price for his decisions? Who’s bailing them out?
