🚨 🇺🇸BREAKING | Brooklyn erupts in celebration as Zohran Mamdani becomes the first Muslim mayor in New York’s history
“A historic moment shaking the city — Muslims are making history again!”
After two years of fear and noise, the silence feels strange. It’s not peace, but it’s something. The bombs stopped, for now, and I’m trying to bring a little joy back to the children. There are no therapists here, no programs to heal their minds, so I’m doing what I know best: cooking. After a long time without fruits, I finally managed to make something that includes them, something tasty and a bit nutritious too. It felt amazing seeing the kids enjoy it, especially my son Nizar, who’s now a year and a half old, tasting fruits for the first time. This video was filmed in a displaced people camp, and it means a lot to be cooking again in a place that finally feels a little safer. Today I made cereal in all kinds of wild mixes with fruits, sauces, and chocolate just to see them laugh again. It’s messy, funny, and full of heart.
A war crime they filmed and posted:
An Israeli soldier shares footage of his unit blowing up the Canada Well reservoir in Tel al-Sultan neighborhood, Rafah.
Aim: to ensure Palestinians cannot drink water.
They are demonic...
Trump says, "If I end the war (genocide in Palestine), you should give me the Nobel Peace Prize immediately!"
But the truth is, the ones who truly deserve it are these :
Palestinian journalists.
Greta Thunberg gives her first words after she was released from Israeli prison where she was beat and forced to kiss the Israeli flag. She says the story is not about them, the story is about Gaza.
Desperate to keep his family off the streets and with no money to buy a tent, Mohammed Al-Naqla dug a cave by Gaza’s sandy shore as a last resort.
“Never in my life did I imagine or think that I would live in a place like this cave, in such a dark place, a scary place,” he says.
The problem is not Hamas.
The problem is occupation and oppression.
Like any other occupied nation, Palestinians have fought under many different ideologies throughout history.
During the British occupation, they fought under the leadership of Abd al-Qadir al-Husseini, who carried an Islamic ideology.
Later, they fought under the banner of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, which was Marxist.
Then under Fatah, a secular nationalist movement.
And finally under religious banners like Hamas and Islamic Jihad.
If Hamas disappears or the resistance is halted, as happened before, Palestinians will fight again under new banners.
Hamas is a consequence of occupation, not its cause.
And if there is one thing history teaches us, it is that wherever there is occupation, there will always be resistance.
Free Mikako Yasumura and all other heroes.
Israel calls her a terrorist. But she is not.
She is an ordinary Japanese woman who just wanted to deliver food to starving kids in Gaza.
Free them all now!
