@Coheed I never even got an email telling me when to arrive. I just got the general this is when doors open, box office is open at 4 so I arrived at 3 because that’s the earliest time I saw. Got my ticket looked at and was placed in a “Prise” line when I paid for “mage” and it was over

@Coheed paid for mage VIP for Berkeley show but didn’t get any of the access of the mage vip just get to stand in line extra long because of the staff here and lack of signage. Pretty lame I paid so much extra money to meet and greet and didn’t get to actually meet and greet.
