I'm proud to say, that I've built the smallest, fully functional Tic Tac Toe (3 in a row) with redstone.

Size: 29 x 17 x 16.

This design uses a "curved" display, but could be changed to a flat one to make it smaller (29*12*16).

Releasing the game on disc doesn’t mean it MUAT be released on the games release date. The discs could start shipping a month later, or even two months.
